3- Often people take a bath immediately after performing this activity, which is wrong and it is said that people should stop bathing for at least 15 minutes after doing this exercise.
4- Every posture performed under this exercise should be done properly and you should know which posture to breathing and when to exhale.
5- If a person has any kind of injury or if there is any problem in his spine, then he should not do this exercise.
Best Time And How Many Time In A Day
1- The best time to do Surya Namaskar is in the morning, so in our school, it is practiced in the 100 hours and 200 hours teacher training course in the morning. Those who want to do this exercise, do this exercise before 6 am every day. Also, while doing this exercise, your stomach should be completely empty. At the same time, start it only after 15 minutes of drinking water first thing in the morning.
2- To get the most benefit of this exercise, you must do it a total of 13 times. On the other hand, if you do not have much time to practice it, you can do it 6 times instead of 13.
3- While practicing this activity, your face should be in front of the sun and this exercise should be done slowly.
